    09:30 - 10:00

The IT Modernisation programme is coming up for its year anniversary - whats gone on since we last heard from Gav and Bren.
With a new IT Leadership team in place, Wrigleys Solicitors needed some fresh eyes to look at the creaking IT Estate. User Complaints were throught the roof, login times were abysmal and the support team was flat out. So what changed, whats new and how have things improved following a significant IT modernisation programme.

    “Adopting Agile. Or not. YMMV.”?
    10:00 - 11:00

In my current role at Sage and my last at Newcastle University, we've had some challenges around managing workloads. I've tried a few things, and learned a few things that work and more that don't. I think it's worthy of sharing, so sit back and pay attention
